To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.

Standard tickets can be moved up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the "manage my booking" button on your confirmation email.

For changes to bookings less than 48 hours away (or for tickets purchased within the 48-hour period), tickets cannot be rescheduled, and you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds or allow rescheduling for non-arrivals. Futhermore, bookings are non-refundable outright.

Special packages relating to large groups; such as kids birthday parties, schools and other larger events have additional terms relating to cancellation and refunds. Please see the “parties & packages” tab.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

The price you may see displayed initially is a 'From £...' price. This is the lowest possible price you could book for. However, once you select a date and time the pricing can change depending on if the venues' peak pricing is in effect. Peak times are pre-determined by the venue's busiest periods, typically this will be during school holidays, weekends and busier weekday evenings, can can vary between our different venues.

Although all our venues do accept walk in bookings, due to high demand we do recommend you book in advance to secure your game experience.

IGB Cash is the ultimate gift of choice, starting at just $50. It can be redeemed for everything Immersive Gamebox has to offer! We have a range of IGB Cash amounts available for purchase through of IGB Cash page. IGB cash must be purchased for the venue that the giftee intends to play the game at.

We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 3-11) as our two standard tickets.

We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday* on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US).

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 12+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.

Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking, if above this number, our system will automatically reserve multiple Gameboxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to spilt your group into teams and you will all play at the same time.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for.

You can create a booking for up to 24 players for any standard booking via the “book now” button at your chosen venue. You can also head to our party package page to review our special packages for large groups including birthday parties, stag/hens, schools, corporate events or other special events.

A number of our party and event packages include food and drink options. Please see our party packages page to find a suitable package.

Outside food and drink is not permitted within the venue with the exception of a birthday cake. Should guests want to bring a birthday cake, this will need to be requested in advance via the customer support team. The cake cannot contain nuts.

Most of our venues do not have separate bars, our new Shoreditch venue has a bar serving different drinks including soft drinks, cocktails, spirits and wine. However our venues without bars have drinks are available for purchase before, during and after your Immersive Gamebox experience.

Yes! You can order during your game and drink throughout!

All of our UK venues offer a drinks service including soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed spirts. Our US venues varies by state, with most offering soft drinks and beers and wine at select venues. Check the venue page to see if your local Gamebox offers full drinks. To make sure your drinks are served quickly and our Gameboxes are in top shape, all our drinks are served in cans or plastic. We do not currently offer food for standard bookings.

Our concession business model is designed to bring a single Gameboxes to an existing venue, for example a Family Entertainment Centre, a movie theatre or a bowling venue. A franchise site is where a third party (a franchisee) opens their own Immersive Gamebox site, that is run in accordance with an agreed set of rules and procedures. We currently have opportunities for both models in major cities globally.

We are looking for operators of existing successful entertainment locations, with the resources and entrepreneurial ambition to make the IGB concession a success. You will bring: a) The space and services for connection b) Staff to be trained in operating and optimising an IGB Concession c) A detailed knowledge of your customers and their journey, so we can best position IGB for success.

We are looking for multi-unit, multi-brand operators with franchise experience in consumer-facing industries. We are looking for ambitious developers with access to capital and real estate to unlock this scale opportunity.

You will need sufficient capital and a robust business plan to support your market-specific development targets. For each venue, a Franchise Fee of £30,000 and a Location Package (which includes the central proprietary tech & software) of £30,000 is payable. There is a variable cost of £35,000 for each Gamebox at a venue. The Venue Preparations will vary for each venue based on condition of the space, size, general contractor rates and scope of works etc. Exclusivity fees may be applicable for international markets and territories.

Direct financial assistance is not available from Immersive Gamebox. However, we are able to support third-party applications (via banks and other lenders) in your territory.

Definitely. We are particularly keen to speak to partners who wish to develop multiple Immersive Gamebox units. For international markets and territories, we are seeking Master Franchisees with associated development agreements.

A stand alone franchise location typically has 6-8 gameboxes. Flagship locations can scale up to 10 depending on demand.

Yes, you are able to bring your own water bottle into the Gamebox with you. Most of all our venues also have drink options available for purchase throughout the game.

There are baby changing facilities available for use in our venues, located in the accessible bathroom.

If you're eager to dive into Squid Game: The Gamebox Challenge Competition, here's what you need to know. The competition welcomes participants aged 21 or over, excluding Immersive Gamebox employees, agents, or immediate family members. As a customer, you're eligible to join if you reside in the United Kingdom, Germany or the United States of America, with the exception of Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues. All owner-operated and Franchise and Concession venues in the USA, Germany and UK are included, but unfortunately, this excludes Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues. Additionally, our friends in Dubai, Sharjah, are not part of this particular challenge.

The competition starts from 12:01 AM UTC on November 22nd, 2023, to 11:59 PM UTC on December 13th, 2023. Remember, only entries within this timeframe will be considered.

To enter, play a 60-minute Squid Game experience at a participating Immersive Gamebox venue (excluding Dubai, Sharjah, and the state of Colorado) during the competition period.

Once you’ve finished your Squid Game session, share your Immersive Gamebox GIF or a photo of the leaderboard on your Instagram profile feed with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE. Instagram is the only platform for entry, and your post must be on your feed, not in stories.

Keep your profile public during the campaign and winner selection period, as we may use your content for online and print promotions. Your entry should be tied to a Squid Game booking, and the prize goes to the entrant sharing their group's score on Instagram.

If the high score is uploaded to Instagram by multiple members of the group booking the prize will move to a tie-breaker where the winner will be determined based on a computer-generated process.

Absolutely! Any game bundle featuring the 60-minute Squid Game experience includes an eligible ticket. Just follow the instructions to post your Immersive Gamebox GIF or leaderboard photo on Instagram with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE.

Winners will receive a direct message on Instagram from the official Immersive Gamebox profile (@immersive.gamebox) within fourteen (14) days of the competition. If unreachable within twenty-eight (28) days, an alternate winner among the runners-up will be selected. The runners up will be notified via direct message on Instagram within fourty-five (45) days of the competition. When claiming any Prize you must use your real name. You will be required to provide proof of your identity, age, address and eligibility on request. Failure to provide accurate information or to adequately prove your eligibility may result in your disqualification and / or withholding or withdrawal of a Prize.

Absolutely! Each entry is tied to a Squid Game booking, so if you play multiple times and share your high score each time, all your entries are eligible.

The grand prize is a thrilling, all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for you and a guest, including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and spending money. Note the maximum cap of the prize value at USD $4000. The prize is non-transferable, and you'll be responsible for additional expenses not explicitly included.

The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for travel including supplying valid passports, arranging visas, covid requirements, and proof of no criminal record.

The Competition flights are valid for travel between 13th December 2023 and 13th December 2024 and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Yes, if the children are under the age of 12, we require at least one supervising adult. You don’t need to play if you don’t wish to.

Yes - you are welcome to redeem the summer pass more than once within a week.

For school or kids birthday party package bookings, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel an entire booking or reduce the booking size up to 72 hours in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the booking time will not be entitled to a refund. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 48hrs in advance of the booking time.

For full venue hire or other large group packages, bookings include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The remaining 80% of your payment is refundable, providing notice of cancellation (whether that is the entire booking or individual tickets) is provided at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Cancellation requests and booking size reductions must be made in writing by contacting our customer support team or your event sales representative. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team or your events sales representative.

Where free drink tokens are included in the package, these can be used to purchase any soft drink, medium-sized wine, beer, cider, cocktail or a single shot of spirit and mixer. A double shot of spirit and mixer would require 2 tokens. *Alcohol available at select venues

Any changes to your booking that involves increasing the number of guests attending your booking will rely on the availability of the venue. Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to refuse booking size increases if they are at capacity. Guests are advised to confirm the final booking size 10 days in advance of the booking time (for schools and birthdays) and at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking time (for corporate events and full venue hire) to avoid disappointment.

All you need is a 150 sq ft (14m²) space with a standard power supply. The open-ceiling, easy-build construction makes it incredibly versatile for almost any indoor area.

Zero! The Plug & Play Gamebox is completely self-serve. It's designed to be a turnkey attraction that runs itself, with a 99.5% tech uptime and 95% of any issues solved remotely by our team.

We have convenient locations for work parties and team building in both London and Manchester. In London we have 2 locations in Shoreditch and Southbank and in Manchester we are located within the Arndale Centre. All of these venues are setup to host big groups, with space to host meetings or some post-game social time with food and drinks. Corporate packages are available at our Lakeside Venue too, but party space is more limited, so this is best used for a team-building activity or smaller social occasion.

Our corporate event and team building packages can cater for teams up to 100 people (venue dependent). Within our pre-built packages, ticket numbers are limited to the total number of people who can play at any one time, however our venue capacity will almost always be larger than this.

If your group size exceeds the max number of tickets in our pre-built packages, simply enquire using the form above and we will work with you to rotate groups through the experience while ensuring all non-players enjoy some social down-time.

If our pre-built packages don’t offer everything you are looking for, submit an enquiry and we can work with you to build a custom package that suits your needs. Whether you want to add extra drinks packages, additional time, or a party DJ - we will be happy to help!

Bookings for Corporate events and Team Building include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. Holiday party bookings for events that fall between Nov 10 and Dec 15 are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of these events. However, if you and your team are unable to attend, we’re happy to move your booking to a future date or provide a voucher for use on future general admission experiences. Bookings for events outside these dates will follow our standard terms and conditions as per above.

Absolutely however this will be subject to availability at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse booking size increases if the venue is at capacity. Guests are advised to confirm the final booking size at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking time to avoid disappointment.
