3 simple steps to redeem

Select the venue and product that matches your purchase on your rewards platform (3, 4, 5 or 6 players).

Enter the discount code you were provided when purchasing from the rewards platform. This will reduce your price to 0.

Complete all details to finalise your reservation. Please note you can choose to play any 60-min experience (or 2 x 30 min experiences) when you arrive at the venue.

Discount codes purchased via your reward site are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.  

Your code is only valid for one use and is non-refundable. You can reschedule a booking up to 48hrs before the time slot booked by contacting our customer service team.

Your code is only valid for bookings Sunday to Friday (excludes Saturdays).

Your code will only be valid for the group-size purchased on your rewards site. For example, a 3-person voucher will only enable you to discount the 3-person product. If you want to bring more people to the experience, then you will be able to pay for the additional guests at the venue on the day. Your group size will not be able to exceed 6 however as that is the maximum number of players in a Gamebox.

All bookings are subject to venue availability. If any dates or times are not available, that is because the venue is fully booked.

Your code will only be valid for the venue you chose on your rewards site.  For example, if you chose our venue at Grandscape, this code will not work for Dallas.

The discount code cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
